It is not required to register for an account to order from the webstore. Registering/logging in will simply retain your information for future orders.
Payment
Please pay via credit card at checkout. Payment must be received to process your order. Checks are not accepted.
Delivery
Orders will be processed after the close date listed on the main page and shipped to the address specified within 2.5-3 weeks. Complete Team Outfitters will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Returns
All of our products are custom-decorated specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with any damage, defect, or production error, we will address it promptly and make it right.
We will gladly review and resolve concerns such as:
Garments that arrive damaged or compromised
Decoration issues, including misprints or errors from the approved design
IItems that do not match your finalized order details
The following are not considered defects:
Sizing selections provided at the time of order
Minor color variations between digital proofs and finished products
Slight placement or sizing variations within standard production tolerances
Normal wear after use
